Stuart Smith
Co-founder and Director
Stuart is one of the longest standing Salesforce Recruitment Consultants in the APAC region. Forging excellent relationships with Salesforce, their partners and clients he has taken great pride in dedicating his career to driving growth of the ecosystem and opportunity for those who choose to work within it.
Stuart has been a host of the Sydney Salesforce User Group and is still a very active member of the community. He has completed Salesforce Administration training and is currently working towards becoming a Trailhead Ranger.
When not talking Salesforce, Stuart can be found (or ideally not found) camping, diving, sailing or playing extremely competitive games of Supball.

Will Walker
Co-founder and Director
Will has been recruiting for SaaS based companies across APAC for the last four years, and in the last two has dedicated himself to working solely within the APAC Salesforce ecosystem.
Passionate about the sustainability and growth of the ecosystem, Will takes a highly detailed approach to understanding how he can assist organisations in securing the best Salesforce skilled talent to achieve their transformational objectives. Will is an active Trailhead user and places great emphasis on his understanding of the Salesforce product suite when advising clients on how best to service their Salesforce roadmap.
In the summer months Will can be found somewhere along the Northern Beaches with his long board, and in the winter playing AFL for Manly Wolves or planning his next snowboarding trip!
What I love about working purely within the Salesforce ecosystem is genuinely feeling part of a tight knit community that has an incredible story to tell.

Rumina De Guzman

Rumina has that unique skill set, that optimum balance between technology and business. With an extensive background in technology, he has spent the majority of the last decade dissecting business problems and applying Salesforce technological solutions.
A natural problem solver and critical analyser, Rumina will seek the right tools and solutions that have seen him succeed within all industry pillars he has been involved in.
I’m a true believer in building rapport, confidence, and integrity with whomever I have the pleasure of working with. My goal is to seek clarity of your problem, embrace it, and only then a solution can arise.
Rumina is also undertaking an MBA to further his professional growth, and to acquire deeper cognizance in the ‘nuts & bolts’ about businesses.
Vamsi Krishna
Salesforce Technical Advisor
Vamsi is a Salesforce Developer, Architect and MVP. He currently co hosts the Sydney Salesforce Developer User Group and is an active contributor to online forums such as the Salesforce Stack Exchange, The Salesforce Developer Forum and the Trailblazer Community.
Vamsi has more than 15+ years experience in Software development and is the Founder of Techforce Services, a Salesforce Development firm based in Sydney who have a core focus on custom development within the Salesforce Platform.
Vamsi has 12 Salesforce Certifications and is currently ranked top 10 in a global Trailhead leaderboard. 400+ badges and counting…
